Enjoy an exclusive Club Vivanova evening in St Paul de Vence with La Vague de St Paul Executive Chef Akhara Chay, tasting through a selection of premium New World wines, married with an international fusion four course gourmet menu. Our event at this four-star luxurious countryside hotel will be held at the private restaurant area overlooking the pool and gardens offering a fantastic opportunity for Club Vivanova members and guests to wine and dine in style, while being hosted by club founder Bradley Mitton.
Executive Chef Akhara Chay apprenticed with Alain Ducasse at the Park and St James in Paris and joined his mentor, Chef Éric Provost at the Royal Barrière in Deauville after which he moved to Le Mas Candille in Mougins as second Chef alongside Serge Gouloumès. Akhara Chay mixes Provençal flavors with those of his Cambodian/Thai origins. His four course menu will be paired with the Australia Two Brothers Organic Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand Sliding Hill Sauvignon Blanc and Argentinean Rewen Estate Malbec, a truly international gourmand experience.
