New ambience

The bistro, lounge and bar Saphir24, open 24/7, has opened its doors after a makeover. Inspired by the famous yacht brand Riva, its menu, style and atmosphere have undergone a complete transformation. In an intimate and elegant atmosphere, this restaurant offers an incredible view of the open blue sea and a menu for all hours, from breakfast to dinner, with traditional French specialities.

The Executive Chef Didier Aniès took advantage of this revival to focus his cuisine on the recipes of yesteryear that founded the reputation of renowned French bistros while giving the dishes his contemporary touch of quality. He has reinvented several timeless classics ranging from “snail profiteroles” to “braised beef cheek”, by always using rich, local ingredients to channel his modern and elegant style and amaze his guests. The vast selection of cocktails, wines and spirits also allows visitors to benefit from Saphir24 as a lounge, bar or bistro according to their wishes. Every Sunday, from November to March, the famous Sunday Jazz Brunch offers a rich buffet to the sound of live music and with a kids club to amuse the little ones.

New spirit with the Executive Chef and MOF Didier Aniès

Didier Aniès has more than 30 years culinary experience and obtained a Michelin star during his time at La Coupole de Monte-Carlo and at the Grand Hôtel du Cap Ferrat, of which gained him industry-wide respect for his work. This exceptional chef, proud of his south-west roots, likes to work with fresh, local products that allow customers to experience his rich journey. His new menu at Sapphire24 is the embodiment of the passion that drives him, knowing how to incorporate real elegance into his dishes, while creating powerful and intense aromas that amaze the most demanding taste buds.
