Artisanal Steamed Dim Sum Trio

Steamed Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow)
Translucent crystal skin encasing hand-chopped tiger prawns, bamboo shoots and a touch of sesame oil. Delicately pleated and steamed to reveal natural sweetness and a clean ocean finish.

Steamed Pork Siu Mai
Premium pork shoulder blended with prawn, shiitake mushroom and water chestnut, topped with tobiko for texture and vibrancy.

Steamed Lobster Dumpling
Succulent lobster meat folded with scallion and ginger, wrapped in a delicate wheat skin and gently steamed to preserve its sweetness.

Second Course
Wok-Fried Minced Duck with Crisp Lettuce Cups
Finely minced duck breast wok-tossed with garlic, shallots and light soy, finished with a whisper of sesame and white pepper. Served with chilled baby gem lettuce for wrapping.

Third Course
Wok-Fried Australian Wagyu Tenderloin
Black Pepper Sauce | Steamed Jasmine Rice
Premium Australian Wagyu tenderloin, flash-seared in a blazing wok to lock in its natural marbling and tenderness. Coated in a bold cracked black pepper sauce with capsicum and onion for depth and gentle heat. Served with fragrant Thai jasmine rice.

Dessert
Traditional Ginger Milk Curd
Served with Jasmin Tea
Warm fresh milk gently set with pressed young ginger juice, creating a silky, custard-like texture with subtle spice and natural sweetness.
