We are honoured to welcome H.E. Pablo Kang, Australian Ambassador to Thailand, as our distinguished Guest of Honour. His Excellency will deliver a special address at 8pm, celebrating Australia's exceptional wines and the cultural connections between Australia, Japan and Thailand.
The menu opens with the chef’s selection of amuse-bouche and crispy fish-bone waffles filled with mature tofu cream. Discover silky chawanmushi with Hokkaido seafood, a selection of three kinds of sashimi and lightly seared Australian Wagyu tenderloin, followed by Japanese-style dandan noodles with sous-vide chicken. Matcha panna cotta provides an elegant finish.
