Renowned worldwide, Sally’s Paddock has held a coveted place in the ‘Excellent A’ tier of the Langton’s Classifications, affirming its status as one of Australia’s most celebrated wines.

This rare tasting experience will showcase museum and current-release vintages offering guests a unique opportunity to explore the evolution, depth, and character of this iconic wine across more than a decade.

The wines will be expertly paired with a bespoke gourmet Italian menu, thoughtfully designed to complement and elevate the nuances of every vintage.
