Guests will be offered an overview of regionally diverse grape varietals with a fun and comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of wine appreciation. Learn about serving order, cork taint, basic tasting and vocabulary, assessing a wine, viticulture and winemaking practices, cellaring wine and matching food and wine.
