Your wine journey starts with fresh, vibrant whites from Marlborough and the Yarra Valley, moving to smooth, expressive reds, finishing with the distinguished 2018 Redbank Sally’s Paddock.
A paired menu begins with light canapés and continues with gourmet dishes such as hamachi crudo, Iberico pork pappardelle, and miso-glazed black cod, designed to pair naturally with the selected wines.
Hosted in partnership with Mitton Wines Thailand and High Life Management Thailand, this is a great chance to discover exceptional, international wines in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
