Club Vivanova is honoured to announce that H.E. Pablo Kang, Australian Ambassador to Thailand, will attend as Guest of Honour at an exclusive Australian wine and Japanese fine dining experience on Thursday 12 November 2026, hosted at Benkay, Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn.
His Excellency will deliver a special address at 8pm, marking a distinguished occasion celebrating Australian wines, international gastronomy and the cultural connections between Australia, Japan and Thailand.
Limited to just twelve guests, this intimate seven-course gourmet dinner will showcase six premium Australian wines from Victoria, paired with innovative Japanese cuisine against the spectacular backdrop of Bangkok's skyline.
A Distinguished Guest of Honour
Appointed Australia's Ambassador to Thailand in July 2026, H.E. Pablo Kang brings extensive diplomatic experience to his role, having previously served as Ambassador to Cambodia and the United Arab Emirates, and as High Commissioner to Vanuatu.
His attendance represents a special moment for Club Vivanova and Mitton Wines Thailand as they continue to develop their presence within Thailand's international business, diplomatic and luxury hospitality communities.

Japanese Culinary Artistry Meets Australia's Cool-Climate Wines

The evening's seven-course culinary experience has been specially designed around the delicate artistry of Japanese cuisine and the distinctive character of premium Victorian wines.
The menu opens with the chef's selection of amuse-bouche and crispy fish-bone waffles with mature tofu cream, followed by silky chawanmushi featuring Hokkaido seafood and an exquisite three-variety sashimi selection.
Further highlights include lightly seared Australian Wagyu tenderloin, Japanese-style dandan noodles with sous-vide chicken and a delicate matcha panna cotta finale.
