Sergio Soldano Sponsors Borneo Wildlife Preservation’s Save the Rainforest 2025 Charity Gala in Monaco

Legendary Italian fashion house  Sergio Soldano, known for dressing icons like Grace Kelly, Liz Taylor, and Raquel Welch, is proud to serve as title sponsor of the Save the Rainforest 2025 Charity Gala in Monaco. As a symbol of the newly revived brand’s support of this worthy cause, each guest will receive a Sergio Soldano “Koral” silk foulard, inspired by the delicate balance between land and sea.

"Our creative vision is deeply rooted in ‘Made in Italy’ craftsmanship, artisanal excellence, and bold design for the future. There is no better stage than the Save the Rainforest 2025 Charity Gala to share this vision. Maestro Soldano had a special connection with Monaco and the Royal Family.  Within the Maison’s historical archives, there are photographs of his encounter with Her Serene Highness Princess Grace of Monaco. For us, taking part in this event is a way to honor and rekindle that bond with this territory, the Royal Family, and the wonderful people gathered to support this noble cause.” – Dario Di Bella & Giovanni Premoli, Creative Directors of Sergio Soldano.

Charcoal and Conservation - The Art of Finn Campbell-Notman

Charcoal and Conservation - The Art of Finn Campbell-Notman

The Save the Rainforest Charity Gala aims to raise awareness of the urgent need to preserve our rainforests and protect endangered species. Finn’s powerful artwork is a testament to how creativity can inspire action and make a lasting impact on conservation efforts

Finn Campbell-Notman is an award-winning British artist whose work is held in private collections worldwide. Having lived and worked in Spain, the USA, and Belgium, he is now based in the UK, where he exhibits regularly. In 2023, he was named Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year.

A key focus of Finn’s diverse artistic practice is demonstrating how art can actively contribute to environmental conservation. His extraordinary works, created using charcoal collected from burned rainforests, serve as both powerful statements and tangible actions in the fight to protect natural habitats. Through his art, he has helped secure sixteen hectares of Amazonian forest.

Finn will be present at the Save the Rainforest Charity Gala to support the cause and share some of his remarkable pieces. In addition to his breathtaking portrait of a Bornean Orangutan, an homage to old master portraiture that highlights the urgency of rainforest conservation.  He has also created a bonus piece featuring a rhino, embracing the need to aid their plight.
